Carlos is an icon in the Toronto fashion and entertainment scene, working with different organizations, beauty pageants, and fashion events. Apprenticing in Hong Kong, Carlos believes the most valuable thing a hairstylist can offer his client is confidence through a hairstyle uniquely suited for them. Carlos founded the Spellbound brand with his first location in First Markham Place almost 20 years ago and now hopes to bring that same creativity and passion to the downtown Toronto location.
